Return Policy

For all products and services, refunds cannot be made due to the nature of our work. We are however happy to offer an exchange for bundles, closures, frontals. All exchanges can be made with an equally priced product and we will have to be notified within 72 hours of receipt.

Please note that you will have to contact us on undoubtablehair@gmail.com and also provide proof of purchase.

For an item to be exchanged, it has to be in its original packaging with all the seals still intact. Any items returned without the seal intact will be refused.

Needs to be returned within 14days of purchase in this original packaging, without opening or defect. Wigs are not returnable ,so please choose your right size. If not sure purchase the style but leave a note of your size in the note while purchasing. Pre-made might not be the exact fit as it only comes in small,medium and large. So choose accordingly. For wigs listed as custom made please leave your measurement in the note at checkout.
