FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION

For all products and services, refunds cannot be made due to the nature of our work. We are however happy to offer an exchange for bundles, closures,frontals. All exchanges can be made with an equally priced product and we will have to be notified within 72 hours of receipt.

Please note that you will have to contact us on undoubtablehair@gmail.com and also provide proof of purchase.

For an item to be exchanged, it has to be in its original packaging with all the seals still intact. Any items returned without the seal intact will be refused.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if you didn’t choose next day option. Please send an email to undoubtablehair@gmail.com All sales of trainings and product plug list are final. Please note that all sale items cannot be exchanged (this does not affect your statutory right.) Customers will be responsible for the costs of shipping their products for exchanges, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Gpay, Apple Pay, Buy Now, Pay Later Option Western Union and PayPal.

We are always updating our inventory with new wigs and occasional may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing an item that’s currently unavailable, please contact us at info@undoubtablehair.com and we will advise you if an item will be restocked or discontinued. If the item will be restocked, we’ll provide you with the estimated arrival time frame.
